I created the Mental Health Warrior Program as a solution and way to move forward from my life's challenges (Bipolar, Alcoholism and Generalized Anxiety Disorder). Today, as a warrior, it is my mission to change the narrative on Mental Health!
For I believe it is time to bring Mental Health out of the darkness and into mainstream discussions, where people can freely discuss their personal experiences, challenges, and successes without fear of labels or stigma!
To bring about this change, we teach people to become Mental Health Warriors, unlocking the power to triumph over life’s challenges and choose a new direction for your life!
